Role Overview
The Site Electrical Engineer will oversee daily electrical site activities, coordinate with project teams, ensure compliance with UAE authority standards, and support testing and commissioning works. The role requires hands‑on technical expertise and solid experience in UAE MEP project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation works across project sites.
- Review drawings, technical specifications, and ensure correct implementation.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, DM).
- Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
- Maintain daily site reports and update senior engineers on progress.
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company safety protocols.
Requirements
- Mandatory UAE experience in MEP contracting or construction.
- Minimum 4–7 years of electrical site engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, electrical installations, and authority requirements.
- Ability to manage site teams and coordinate multiple activities.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and technical skills.
- Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict project deadlines.
