About the Role
The Senior Associate – Talent Mapping & Client Acquisition plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying high‑value talent pools, building strategic client relationships, and supporting end‑to‑end recruitment intelligence initiatives. This role blends research, market insight, and commercial acumen to help the firm stay ahead in a competitive talent landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence
- Conduct in‑depth talent mapping across targeted industries, functions, and geographies.
- Build and maintain structured talent pipelines for current and future mandates.
- Analyze market trends, competitor structures, and organizational charts to support strategic hiring decisions.
- Prepare detailed talent intelligence reports, heat maps, and insights for internal stakeholders and clients.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Development
- Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Support senior leadership in developing new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Prepare capability decks, proposals, and pitch materials tailored to client needs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client industries, hiring patterns, and business challenges
- Project Support & Delivery
- Collaborate with consultants to ensure smooth execution of search and research projects.
- Maintain accurate data and documentation within CRM and research tools.
- Ensure timely delivery of research outputs, reports, and client updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in talent research, executive search, recruitment consulting, or market intelligence.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in client-facing or business development activities.
- High proficiency with MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM tools.
