Role Overview
The Project Manager will lead full project execution for MEP works within a high‑end hotel development. This role requires strong UAE experience in hospitality projects, excellent coordination skills, and proven leadership in delivering complex MEP packages under strict timelines and authority compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end MEP project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, DM).
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, resources, and risk management.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Lead testing, commissioning, and final handover activities.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards across all project sites.
Requirements
- Mandatory UAE experience in MEP contracting or construction.
- Minimum 10+ years of project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and authority requirements.
- Proven track record delivering medium to large‑scale UAE projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and fast‑paced project environments.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
