Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee full project execution, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with UAE authority standards, and coordination across engineering, procurement, and site teams. The role requires strong leadership, technical understanding of MEP systems, and proven experience managing large‑scale UAE construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Manage MEP construction activities, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations (DEWA, SEWA, ADDC, DM).
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, resources, and risk management.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues.
- Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards across all project sites.
Requirements
- Mandatory UAE experience in MEP contracting or construction.
- Minimum 8–12 years of project management experience.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Proven track record managing medium to large‑scale UAE projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and fast‑paced project environments.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
