Triovate is identifying a competent MEP HSE Engineer to support safety leadership across active MEP construction sites for a leading contracting group in the UAE. This role suits professionals who bring strong UAE experience and a proactive approach to safety, compliance, and site culture.
Role Purpose
You will ensure all MEP activities are executed safely, in line with UAE regulations, company standards, and project requirements driving a strong safety culture across teams and subcontractors.
Key Focus Areas
- Implement and monitor HSE procedures across MEP works
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and project standards
- Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness sessions
- Prepare HSE reports, incident logs, and corrective action plans
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
- Support risk assessments and method statement reviews
Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of UAE experience in MEP or construction HSE roles
- Strong understanding of MEP site activities and safety requirements
- Certified in HSE (NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Confident in leading safety initiatives on busy project sites
