Triovate is seeking a detail‑driven MEP Draftsman to support technical drawing production for a leading MEP contracting group in the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in preparing accurate shop drawings, coordination layouts, and as‑built documentation for medium and large‑scale projects.
Role Overview
As an MEP Draftsman, you will prepare precise technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will work closely with engineers, BIM teams, and site teams to ensure all drawings meet project specifications and UAE authority standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as‑built documentation
- Update drawings based on design changes, site conditions, and consultant feedback
- Support engineers with technical detailing and drawing revisions
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements and project specifications
- Maintain organized drawing files, logs, and documentation
- Coordinate with BIM/Revit teams for model‑to‑drawing alignment
- Participate in internal coordination discussions when required
Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of UAE experience as an MEP Draftsman
- Strong command of AutoCAD; Revit exposure is an advantage
- Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Drafting or related field
