Triovate is seeking a skilled MEP BIM / Revit Modeler to support digital design and coordination for a leading MEP contracting group in the UAE. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in detailed modeling, clash detection, and producing accurate MEP coordination drawings for medium and large‑scale projects.

Role Overview

As a BIM / Revit Modeler, you will develop precise MEP models, support design coordination, and ensure all drawings meet project standards and UAE authority requirements. You will work closely with engineering and site teams to deliver accurate, clash‑free models that support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed MEP models using Revit and BIM standards
Produce coordination drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Identify and resolve clashes through BIM coordination workflows
Update models based on design changes, site conditions, and consultant feedback
Support engineers with technical drawings, shop drawiCandidate Profile
4–8 years of UAE experience in MEP BIM/Revit modeling
Strong command of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM workflows
Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction coordination
Ability to work with precision and deliver high‑quality technical outputs
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Draftingngs, and as‑built documentation
Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements and project specifications
Maintain organized BIM files, documentation, and version control
Participate in coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders
