a leading company in the construction and infrastructure sector, we are hiring an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee HR operations across a large, multi-site workforce
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, policies, and processes across multiple project sites
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor law and industry regulations
- Oversee workforce planning, onboarding, and offboarding for large-scale teams
- Partner with project and site leadership to align HR practices with operational needs
- Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR reporting
- Lead and develop the HR operations team
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR Operations within construction or infrastructure companies
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR compliance frameworks
- Experience managing HR for large, multi-site workforces
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate
