About the engagement
We are seeking qualified and certified freelance inspectors to support industrial and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This dual-discipline role covers both Coating Inspection and Communication Systems Inspection, making it ideal for candidates with cross-functional field inspection experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, construction, or telecommunications infrastructure projects.

Required certifications
Candidates must hold valid certifications in at least one discipline. Dual-certified candidates are strongly preferred.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of field inspection experience in coating and/or communication systems
- Hands-on experience on oil & gas, petrochemical, or large-scale infrastructure projects in the MENA region
- Strong knowledge of relevant international standards (NACE, SSPC, SAES, IEC, TIA/EIA)
- Proficiency in inspection documentation, ITPs, NCRs, and punch-list management
- Experience working with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or SEC projects is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES) preferred
- Valid IQAMA or ability to mobilize to KSA on short notice
- Excellent written English for technical reporting; Arabic is a plus
