KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage civil or MEP engineering activities across large-scale construction and infrastructure projects
- Review and approve engineering drawings, technical submittals, and construction methodologies
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and compliance reviews in line with KSA and international standards
- Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments, and technical documentation
- Ensure full adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects within the MENA region/KSA
- Strong knowledge of KSA building codes, SASO standards, and project delivery frameworks
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera P6, or relevant engineering software
- PMP, MMUP, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
