ABOUT THE ROLE
The Cement Plant Manager will oversee all cement or concrete batching plant operations – ensuring maximum production efficiency, consistent product quality, and full operational safety to support the group’s construction programme.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the full operational cycle from raw material input to finished product
- Meet daily and weekly production schedules aligned with project requirements
- Implement quality control processes to ensure mixes meet design specifications
- Develop and execute maintenance plans; coordinate repairs with technical teams
- Lead plant operators, engineers, and support staff
- Enforce HSE policies and conduct regular plant safety audits
- Manage procurement and storage of raw materials; control waste
- Monitor operational costs and report on plant KPIs
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years in cement, concrete, or industrial plant management
- Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering
- Strong technical knowledge of cement production or concrete batching processes
- Proven experience in plant maintenance, quality control, and team leadership
- Solid understanding of environmental and safety regulations
- Fluent in Arabic; English is a strong advantage
