- Manage the annual external audit process — coordinating with auditors, preparing audit schedules, and resolving queries
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures across the group
- Support the CFO with financial analysis, budget variance reporting, and ad hoc financial modelling
- Liaise with banks, external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities on behalf of the group
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants and finance officers across the holding structure
- Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes, systems automation, and reporting efficiency
Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within a holding company, group, or multi-entity structure
- Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and group consolidation accounting

- Proven ability to manage month-end and year-end close across multiple entities simultaneously
- Experience coordinating and leading external audit processes
- Proficiency in ERP systems — SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar
- Advanced Excel skills — pivot tables, financial modelling, and data analysis
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of 3+ accountants
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight reporting deadlines
